Thanks, I got the question answered on here in another section. I am not taking apart the engine, just changing the bulbs for the fog lights from the stock, barely visible yellow bulbs to brighter light blue ones. The bulbs cost me 10 dollars on Ebay, going to the dealer to do a simple job would probably cost over a hundred. This has nothing to do with “DIY”, and I definitely did not need suggestions for buying other cars if I wanted to “do it myself”, its just a freakin bulb change.

I purchased a 06 330i last week. The dealer “Cunnigham BMW” the worst dealer ever cheated me on the maintenance upgrade for 6 yrs 100k miles for $2600 bucks. They said i could change my mind and get the package off my BMW if i thought i didnt want it at a later time. I am trying to find out if 2600 bucks is worth for 2 years of upgrade?

It is a 1985 BMW K100RS. This is the first time this has ever happened since buying the bike some 15 years ago. It has about 65,000 miles on it.

I arrived to my job and turned the engine off by key–and the engine turn off switch–but it kept trying to keep the engine running; it was the sound you hear when you have started the engine but my mistake turned the key again and get that awful noise you get when the engine has already been running.

Most of the miles were city driving, so straight highway miles would have probably topped 50 mpg. Has anyone heard if BMW is planning to bring it over here?
